This year we are offering the opportunity to extend your retreat two extra nights through the weekend. This will afford participants a precious chance, to spend extra time in the rich blossoming quietude, doing a deep personal dive. Meals, morning meditation, optional shiatsu massage, and evening Yoga will still be offered, but the heart of this portion of the retreat is spending time writing, playing, singing and refining the budding beauty of a song that is taking form through you. Evenings will be spent enjoying the peaceful summer evenings and sharing your magical discoveries with a sangha of supportive musicians.
